Cheesy Beefy Pasta

If you’re craving a hearty, comforting meal that’s easy to make, this Cheesy Beefy Pasta is a perfect choice. To start, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook 8 ounces of pasta, such as rotini or fusilli, according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain the pasta and set it aside.

Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, brown 1 pound of ground beef until it’s fully cooked, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Once the beef is no longer pink, drain any excess fat from the skillet. Add 2 cups of marinara sauce to the beef, along with 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir everything together until the beef is well coated in the sauce.

Next, add the cooked pasta into the skillet and toss it with the beef and sauce mixture until the pasta is evenly coated. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top. Cover the skillet with a lid and let the cheese melt over medium-low heat for about 3–5 minutes. Alternatively, you can place the skillet under a broiler for a few minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Once the cheese is melted and deliciously gooey, remove the skillet from heat. Garnish the dish with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color and a touch of freshness. Serve the cheesy beefy pasta hot and enjoy!
