White Chocolate Candy Cane Cookies

Ingredients:

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour


½ tsp baking soda

¼ tsp salt


¾ cup unsalted butter, softened


1 cup granulated sugar


½ cup brown sugar, packed


2 large eggs


1 tsp vanilla extract


1 cup white chocolate chips


½ cup crushed candy canes


Directions:

Preheat the oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.


Mix dry ingredients:


In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.


Cream butter and sugars:


In another bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until combined.


Combine and add mix-ins:


Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Fold in white chocolate chips and crushed candy canes.


Bake:


Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
