Irresistible Boston Cream Pie Cupcakes 🧁
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
1 cup vanilla custard
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Instructions:
Preparation: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prep a muffin pan with cupcake liners.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Cream Butter and Sugar: In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
Combine: Alternately incorporate the dry ingredients and milk into the creamed mixture, starting and ending with the dry ingredients. Stir until just blended.
Bake: Fill the cupcake liners evenly with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool.
Fill: Once cooled, carve a small hole in the center of eac
