Instructions


1. Prepare the Cheesecake Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, strawberry jam (or fresh diced strawberries), and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.



2. Assemble the Wontons: Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface and add about a teaspoon of the cheesecake filling in the center. Dip your finger in water and run it along the edges of the wrapper to dampen it. Fold the wrapper over the filling to form a triangle, pressing firmly to seal the edges.
