 Crispy Hashbrown and Sausage Bites


Ingredients:


8 ounces softened cream cheese

4 cups frozen shredded hash browns (thawed)

1 pound ground breakfast sausage (cooked and drained)

1 ½ cups Bisquick

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions:


Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.


Prepare the mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked breakfast sausage, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, thawed hash browns, and Bisquick. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined.


Form the bites: Using a scoop or your hands, shape the mixture into 1 ½-inch balls and place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.


Bake: Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown and thoroughly cooked through.


Serve: Allow them to cool slightly before serving. These bites are perfect for breakfast or as a snack!
